Fit & Use

Soften one molding bar in hot water until pliable. Place the softened material inside the grill, then position the grill gently over your teeth and press lightly to shape. Remove the grill and allow the molding material to cool before wearing. If the fit feels tight, uneven or unstable, do not force it into place—reshape the molding material and try again. Fit varies with individual tooth shape and spacing.

Remove before eating, sleeping or any activity where the grill may loosen. This product is a removable fashion accessory and is not a dental appliance.
