An oversized 80mm round medallion frames a hand-rotating “44” centerpiece, creating a kinetic focal point that changes the piece from a static pendant into something you can interact with. Dense 5A+ cubic zirconia covers the medallion, bail and statement surfaces, while the premium brass body and six-layer 14K gold plated finish give the piece its substantial jewelry presence.
